This was a new build project, the aim was to create a traditional looking cottage with open plan living areas.
Working once again with Steven Wade, this new build sits well in the street scene with a very traditional look, complimented by an open oak porch.
The ground floor is open plan for a contemporary feel with bi-fold doors to the rear linking the garden space. The oak stair and glass panelling seamlessly link the floor.
The lower ceilings and window give a more intimate feel to the bedrooms, ensuite and bathroom. This well designed house makes the most of all the available space whilst bringing traditional and modern materials together to create a calm ambience.
